The Medical Plaza Towers and the five adjoining townhouses are adjacent to the University Medical Center. They were constructed in 1971. There are 73 apartments in each high-rise building consisting of 23 one-bedroom, 45 two-bedroom and 4 three bedroom apartments. The 5 townhouses have three bedrooms.

Married couples with or without children and single students with children are eligible to live in Medical Plaza one, two, or three bedroom apartments or townhouses. Single students without children are eligible to live in Medical Plaza one or two bedroom apartments.

All apartment units are unfurnished except for the following:
  • Electric range with oven
  • Refrigerator
  • Kitchen garbage disposal
  • Carpet in the living room
  • Levelor window blinds

Apartments are electrically heated and have central air conditioning.

Windows do not open in the towers.

Smoking is not allowed inside these apartments.

There are no washer and dryer hookups in the towers, but there is a laundry room on the 14th floor of each tower.
