JOB SUMMARY
Provides dispatch service for University Student Apartments Maintenance Department. Performs a variety of technical duties involving the use of telephone, computer and two-way radio equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma and six months related experience or equivalency required. The ability to speak concisely and distinctly; use of proper telephone etiquette; interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated human relations skills also required; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work under stressful conditions; previous computer experience and standard office practices and procedures related to records filing and office maintenance; operation of a variety of types of office and work processing equipment and machines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Answers incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system and also serves walk-in customers; disseminates all relevant information to appropriate personnel via telephone or two-way radio.
- Generates and issues department work orders.
- Receives, closes out and files completed department work orders
- Performs a variety of other standard office work including data input and retrieval and other filing duties
HOURS
Flexible hours. This is a non-benefited part-time position with a pay rate of $8.00 an hour.

University Student Apartments Main Office has an Office Assistant position open. We are looking for someone to greet customers, answer phones, distribute mail, file, computer data entry, schedule community centers, and other general office duties as needed. Excellent communication skills and experience with Word and Excel are needed. This is a part time non-benefited position with flexible hours, 5 days per week, 3-4 hour time block. The pay is $8.00 an hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to assist in grounds maintenance operations at the University Student Apartments: gardening, weeding, mowing and lawn care, pruning, sprinkler irrigating, ice and snow removal, trash pick-up, painting and keeping the grounds neat and clean in appearance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Three months work experience in grounds maintenance operations. Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurability.
HOURS
Flexible hours. This is a non-benefited temporary position with a pay rate of $8.00 an hour.
