Instructions for Emergency Maintenance Problem

Maintenance emergencies may include power outages, gas odors, broken pipes, lack of heat, roof leaks and other conditions that may endanger life or health or cause property damage.

Maintenance Office business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, University holidays and closure days excluded.

During business hours:

Call 581-8668 (Maintenance Dispatch)

After business hours:

Call 339-0304 (On-Call pager). Listen for three tones, then enter your telephone number and the # symbol. The On-Call Maintenance Representative will respond immediately.

If you have not heard from the On-Call Representative within ten minutes, call 560-1434 (On-Call cell phone).

If you are unable to contact the On-Call Maintenance Representative, please call your Resident Assistant or Campus Security at 585-2677.
